More information about this VDS instrumenten
The Boston KLN-72019 is a 720 mm kerfed lining (also known as a kerf lath) designed to reinforce the interior of an acoustic instrument such as a guitar or ukulele. Thanks to its regular notches, this lath is flexible and easy to bend, allowing it to perfectly follow the contours of a body. This contributes to a solid construction without impeding the instrument's natural resonance.
Crafted from high-quality wood and precision-milled, the KLN-72019 creates a secure bond between the sides and the top or back of the instrument. This lining is ideal for both professional builders and DIYers seeking a reliable and durable finish. Its dimensions of 720 x 19 x 5 mm provide ample support without adding unnecessary bulk.
Specifications:
- Type: Kerfed lining
- Length: 720 mm
- Width: 19 mm
- Thickness: 5 mm
- Material: Wood
- Application: Reinforcement of acoustic instruments
- Flexible thanks to regular notches
- Suitable for instrument making and repair
