The Expressive E Osmose 49 is a polyphonic synthesizer that offers an entirely new way of playing. Its 49-key multidimensional keyboard registers velocity, aftertouch, and pitch bend for each key, allowing you to shape every note individually. This enables you to play with the same expression as on an acoustic instrument, while benefiting from the capabilities of a modern synthesizer. The Osmose functions independently as a hardware synthesizer but can also be used as an MPE MIDI controller or as a standard MIDI controller for software instruments.

The built-in Haken Audio EaganMatrix Sound Engine delivers 24-voice polyphony and combines various forms of sound synthesis, including physical modeling, FM, subtractive, and additive synthesis. With five oscillators, five multimode filters, extensive modulation possibilities, and high-quality effects such as reverb, delay, compressor, and EQ, you can build both realistic instrument sounds and complex synthesizer sounds. Thanks to 500 preset locations, an MPE arpeggiator, color display, and extensive connectivity, the Osmose is suitable for studio, stage, and sound design.
