The Expressive E Osmose 49 CE is an MPE MIDI controller that instantly transforms your playing into an expressive performance. The 49-key keyboard responds to pressure, movement, and touch per key, allowing you to bend each note individually, add vibrato, or shape the sound with natural gestures. You can use Tap, Press, Pitch Bend, Vibrato, Shake, Strum, and Expressive Note-Off, among others, to play software instruments more realistically and dynamically. In addition to MPE, the Osmose CE also functions as a traditional MIDI keyboard and a DAW controller.
With the included Ctrl-e software, you get access to over 900 MPE-optimized presets from Expressive E and renowned developers such as AAS, GForce, Kilohearts, Synapse Audio, Dawesome, and Vital. The presets are directly linked to the keyboard's capabilities, allowing you to get started without complex settings. Thanks to the MPE Arpeggiator, Press Glide, the 4.3-inch color display, and native integration with Ableton Live, Cubase, Bitwig, and Logic Pro, the Osmose 49 CE is suitable for both studio productions and live performances.
