More information about this Pirastro
More information about this Pirastro
The Pirastro P315811 E-string (E-1) soft, loop end, combines a gut core with a steel-wound winding. This construction produces a warm, full tone with clear definition in the highs and sustain, while the soft tension softens the playing feel. The combination of a gut core and steel winding offers responsive timbre progression and makes bowing and fast passages more comfortable, especially during longer playing sessions. Thanks to the loop end attachment, the string sits securely in place, ensuring stable intonation and consistent tone, regardless of the repertoire. Ideal for violinists who strive for an expressive, warm tone in classical and romantic pieces, without sacrificing precision and response. The P315811 is a reliable choice for players who value tonality, playing comfort, and durability.
