More information about this Ernie Ball
The Ernie Ball 2051 Earthwood Silk & Steel is a set of strings for 12-string acoustic guitar with gauges 009–046. These strings feature a silk & steel construction with an 80/20 bronze winding and a tinned steel core. You get a warm, soft tone with less sharp highs and a quiet, controlled attack.
The low tension makes this set comfortable for a 12-string. You play lighter and maintain control with chords and arpeggios. Ideal if you want a softer sound and less strain on your guitar and fingers. Suitable for long playing sessions and subtle playing.
