The Cremona SC-10014 Premier Novice is a 1/4-sized cello, ideal for young cellists taking their first steps on a high-quality, reliable instrument. This cello is handcrafted entirely from solid spruce and maple, resulting in a rich, warm tone. The ebonized rosewood fingerboard and fittings offer a durable finish and a classic appearance. Professionally tuned to Cremona standards, the instrument is immediately ready to play, with optimal string height and spacing for correct fingering and intonation.
The set includes a balanced Anton Breton AB-110C Brazilwood bow and a sturdy Superior C-3918 padded 420-denier nylon carrying case. The lightweight composite tailpiece with four fine tuners makes tuning easy and reliable. With D'Addario Prelude strings from the USA, this cello offers a stable tone, ideal for young students who want to develop their skills on a solid, ready-to-play instrument.
