The Scott Cao STV900 is a professional violin of exceptional quality, designed for experienced violinists seeking an instrument with a rich tone and refined finish. Based on the famous Stradivarius model, this violin is crafted from top-quality European maple for the back and sides, and spruce for the top. The result is an instrument with a powerful and complex tone, perfectly suited for solo playing and orchestral work.
The patinated oil-based finish mimics the color and wear of the original Stradivarius model, creating an authentic look and enhancing the instrument's sound quality. The STV900 comes standard with a complete setup, including Thomastik Dominant strings, an Aubert deluxe bridge, and quality boxwood hardware. Although the instrument is ready to play, it is always recommended to have it set up by a professional violin maker for the finest sound adjustments and tuning.
