The Dörfler DV14 is a high-quality 4/4 violin bow from the Basic Bows W. Dörfler collection, designed for advanced violinists seeking a bow with excellent playing and tonal qualities. The bow is crafted from carefully selected Pernambuca wood, perfectly stored and seasoned for 30 years. Thanks to the unique elastomechanical properties of this wood, the DV14 offers a very precise response and a warm, rich tone.
The round bow is finished with an ebony frog with a slide and a single eye, a metal blanc winding, and a classic single pommel with inlay. The DV14 is part of the Pernambuco Nickel-Silver series and combines traditional craftsmanship with sustainable materials and an environmentally conscious origin. An ideal choice for serious musicians seeking a reliable, well-balanced bow.
